TIN Analysis
About Course
The TIN Analysis Workflow will show you the methods for how to analyse the whole triangulation.
The first lesson will cover the TIN Inquire options, for slope, aspect, height, and colour.
The TIN Analysis options are for:
- Slope Analysis
- Aspect Analysis
- Tin Height Colouring
The Slope Analysis will determine the slope of the triangles based on the slope range file that is used and colour the triangles across the tin.
The Aspect Analysis option will determine the direction of the triangles, north, east, south or west, based on the aspect range file selected.
The Tin Height Colouring will colour the TIN based on a height range file to show the height range across the triangulation.
The Range Files that are used for the TIN Analysis can be tabulated into a table format for plotting or exporting.
